Weather prompts event cancellations
The Dulles Day Family Festival and Plane Pull has been cancelled. There is no rain date.
All outdoor events scheduled for the Reston Multicultural Festival have been cancelled or moved indoors. Indoor events associated with the festival include: Children's activities at the Reston Community Center Lake Anne, Global Game Zone (location TBD, ask at RCC front desk), Story Lady at the Reston Museum, and Gallery Stage performances. The Mason District Community Clean-up that was scheduled for the Mason District Governmental Center Saturday is cancelled. It has not been rescheduled at this time. For information on other recycling events, visit www.fairfaxcounty.gov/recycling or call 703-324-5052.
